Privacy Policy

This policy explains what SnoozyDesigns.com, which also trades as "Snoozy Designs" ("SnoozyDesigns.com", "we", "us"), does with information when you use snoozydesigns.com (the "Site"). The short version: the only account is your Discord sign-in, there are no advertising trackers and no analytics profiles, and we handle only what is needed to sell and deliver digital files.

1. What we collect

• Order details from PayPal. When you buy something, PayPal sends us the transaction details: your name, email address, the amount and the PayPal transaction ID. We use these to deliver your files and keep required sales records.
• Server logs. Like almost every website, our server records technical logs of requests: IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We use them to keep the Site secure and to debug problems, and we keep them only briefly.
• Your Discord account. Purchases are tied to a Discord sign-in. When you log in, Discord sends us your public profile (Discord ID, username, avatar) and whether you are a member of our server. We never see your Discord password or email login.
• Downloads. When you download a purchased file we record that a download happened, along with the IP address and browser it came from, so we can support you and detect account sharing or other abuse of your purchase. Only our staff can see it, and it is never used to build a profile or shared for marketing.
• Anonymous visit counting. We count unique visits using a one-way hash. No cookie is set for this, no profile is built, and the raw address is never stored.
• Your cart and display currency. Both are stored in your own browser (localStorage). They stay on your device; the cart is only sent to us when you check out.

Cookies

The Site sets exactly one cookie: a login session cookie, created only when you sign in with Discord, used only to keep you signed in. It is strictly necessary for the service you asked for, which is why the Site shows no cookie consent banner - there are no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies to consent to. PayPal may set its own cookies during checkout as part of processing your payment.

2. Payments

All payments are processed by PayPal. Your card number and bank details go to PayPal, never to us. PayPal processes your data under its own privacy statement, available at paypal.com.

3. Third-party services

• PayPal processes payments, as described above.
• Google Fonts. The Site loads its fonts from Google's servers, so your browser sends a standard web request (including your IP address) to Google when a page loads.
• Hosting and file storage. The Site and the product files are hosted on infrastructure providers who process traffic on our behalf.
• Discord is both the sign-in provider (via OAuth, sharing only your public profile and our-server membership) and where support and community happen. Anything you post there is governed by Discord's own terms and privacy policy.

4. How we use information

We use the information above to deliver purchases, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting rules. That is the whole list. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.

5. How long we keep it

Order and transaction records are kept for as long as accounting, tax and dispute-handling rules require. Server logs are kept for a short period and then discarded.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to how it is used. Contact us through the Snoozy Designs Discord (linked on the Site) and we will help. Note that we may have to keep certain transaction records even after a deletion request where the law requires it.

7. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
