Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of snoozydesigns.com (the "Site") and every purchase you make on it. The Site is operated by SnoozyDesigns.com, which also trades as "Snoozy Designs" ("SnoozyDesigns.com", "we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. What we sell
SnoozyDesigns.com sells digital design files: pre-built vehicles, livery packs and related assets intended for use in game servers. Everything sold on the Site is a digital product delivered electronically. Nothing physical is shipped, ever.
2. Orders and payment
All payments are processed by PayPal. When you check out, you are redirected to PayPal to complete payment; card payments are available there as a guest without a PayPal account. We never receive or store your card number or bank details. An order is accepted when PayPal confirms your payment to us. Prices are shown at checkout in the displayed currency and may change at any time without notice; changes never affect orders already paid.
3. Delivery
Products are delivered digitally after payment is confirmed. If you paid and did not receive your files, or the files you received are corrupted or not what you ordered, contact us through the Snoozy Designs Discord (linked on the Site) and we will get you the correct files. Redelivery of what you paid for is always available; it is our fix for delivery problems in place of refunds.
4. All sales are final
Because every product is digital content that is delivered instantly and consumed on download, all sales are final and no refunds are given. By completing a purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law, you thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation. 5. Your license
When you buy a product you are buying a license, not the files' copyright. SnoozyDesigns.com grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased files for your own use, including on game servers you play on or operate. You may not:
- resell, relicense, trade or give away the files or any part of them;
- share, reupload, leak or otherwise redistribute the files, modified or not;
- claim the work as your own or remove any credits;
- use the files in any paid product or service without our written permission.
All files remain the intellectual property of SnoozyDesigns.com. Breaching this license terminates it immediately and may result in being barred from future purchases.
6. Third-party names and marks
SnoozyDesigns.com is an independent creator and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer or game publisher. Manufacturer and model names appear only to describe what a design depicts. All third-party trademarks belong to their owners.
7. Acceptable use of the Site
Do not attempt to disrupt the Site, probe or bypass its security, scrape its content at scale, or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access to the Site at our discretion to protect it.
8. Disclaimer
The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available". Games and game servers change over time, and we do not promise that a purchased file will remain compatible with any particular game, server, mod or framework after future updates to those platforms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnoozyDesigns.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or any product. Our total liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
10. Chargebacks
If something is wrong with your order, contact us first; delivery problems get fixed. Payment disputes are handled through PayPal. Chargebacks filed for orders that were correctly delivered will be contested with proof of delivery, and filing one revokes your license to the files involved and may bar you from future purchases.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Changes apply from the moment they are posted; each purchase is governed by the Terms in force when it was placed.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SnoozyDesigns.com operates, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence applies.
