Refund Policy
All sales are final. SnoozyDesigns.com does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges. Every product on snoozydesigns.com is digital content that is delivered instantly and consumed on download, and it cannot be "returned".
1. Why there are no refunds
Once a digital file has been delivered, it is in your possession permanently; there is no way to take it back. For that reason all purchases from SnoozyDesigns.com, which also trades as "Snoozy Designs", are final at the moment PayPal confirms your payment.
2. What you agree to at checkout
By completing a purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law, you lose any statutory right of withdrawal, cancellation or "cooling-off" period that would otherwise apply.
3. Delivery problems get fixed, not refunded
A strict refund policy does not mean you can be left with nothing. If any of the following happens, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right by delivering the correct, working files:
- you paid but never received your files;
- the files you received are corrupted or incomplete;
- you received a different product than the one you ordered.
4. Before you buy
Read the product description, look at the photos, and check the listed features and spawn code details. If anything is unclear, ask in the Snoozy Designs Discord before purchasing; we are happy to answer questions about compatibility or contents ahead of time.
5. Chargebacks
If you believe something went wrong with your order, contact us first; delivery problems are fixed quickly. Chargebacks filed through PayPal for orders that were correctly delivered will be contested with proof of delivery, and filing one revokes your license to the files involved and may bar you from future purchases.
